Is my payment information secure?

• We have built our store on the Shopify platform. Payments are processed on Shopify's state of the art technology to keep your information safe.

When will you ship my items?

• Orders will arrive within 12-20 days after dispatch. We do our best to expedite and often you will receive the product much sooner. Because many of our products are sourced overseas, shipping times vary. But, we do everything in our power to get it to you as soon as possible.

• There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control. However, we do offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase.

• In some cases, international shipments will require small import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I cancel my order?

• Oh no did you not want it?? Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.

Do you accept returns?

• Our satisfaction is our goal! Please see our Refunds Policy Page for details.

Will my items be sent in one package?

• Because we've partnered with multiple manufacturers around the world, items may ship separately for no additional cost. You will receive tracking information for each item after it has shipped. If your items ship separately, some items may arrive before others. Do not worry, your items are on their way!
